As soon as we have the quorum, we shall start. No later than 3 pm sharp !
Agenda:a) Receive the Chair’s address;
b) Confirm and adopt the Minutes of the previous AGM;
c) Receive the Annual Report;
d) Receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts;
e) Election of office bearers of the Association
f) To discuss matters of general interest.
