TANJONG BUNGA RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
Our Association had planned its 2020 Annual General Meeting for 28 March but had to postpone it because of COVID-19. As you are aware, the SOP are very strict re spacing and our usual venue at the TB Market is still closed.
Hence TBRA would like to invite our members to the Live Streaming of our AGM via ZOOM.

As soon as we have the quorum, we shall start. No later than 3 pm sharp !
It would be helpful if you could reply to the email sent to you. Your confirmation of attendance prior to the date – it will help to know if we will reach the quorum.

Members have received URL and passcode for the Zoom meeting
Use the link to click into Zoom on Sunday 16 Aug. TBRA’s timeslot is from 2:30 pm to 6pm.
You can follow the Live Streaming either on your computer or on your phone.
Remember to register and open your mike only when you want to speak / keep it closed while listening to avoid interference.

b) To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the 2019 General Meeting;
c) To receive the Annual Report 2019;
d) To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts;
e) To consider any resolution of which written notice should be given to the Secretary at least seven (7) clear days prior to the meeting;
f) To discuss matters of general interest.
Items b) and c) and d) have been emailed to members.
